2022 Fall City Wide Registration Night

Organization Registration Form

The 2022 Fall City Wide Registration Night will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the Gallagher Centre Flexihall from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Community Groups and Organizations interested in attending must complete the following registration form by no later than 4:00p.m. Friday, September 2, 2022.

Important Information

Cost per booth = $30.00 and includes:

• One 8' table and table cloth
• Backdrop (Flexihall curtain, or pipe and drape)
• Power, if requested (groups must provide their own extension cord)
• Event promotion on City website and social media
• Additional tables availabe for $10.00/table 

Deadline to register is:

• 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 2, 2022.
• Registrations will not be accepted after the deadline.

Payment

As soon as your registration form is received, your organization will recieve an electronic registration confirmation and invoice. All invoices issued by The City of Yorkton must be payable within 30 days. Invoices can be paid at Gallagher Centre Guest Services, by credit card over the phone at 306-786-1740 or online with our XplorRecreation (formerly known as PerfectMind) platform. The City of Yorkton accepts cash, credit/debit card and cheques made out to the City of Yorkton.
